金萱烏龍鮮嫩的幼苗綠中帶紫，葉片翠綠肥厚有光澤。御奉契作的南投竹山金萱茶園，不使用農藥化肥，茶園周邊有桂花、檳榔、芒果等植物，與各種昆蟲形成共生共榮的自然生態圈。茶樹上的茶葉經蟲咬、自然發酵後摘採下來製作成紅茶，茶湯因此充滿甜潤的蜜香，與金萱獨有的奶香，清新淡雅、芬芳宜人。

The tea leaves are bitten by insects naturally. After the natural fermentation then harvested to make black tea. Because of this technique, the taste of the tea is very fresh, elegant, and fragrant. It also creates the unique milky taste of the tea.

「御奉」の契約茶畑-南投県竹山金萱茶園では、農薬や化学肥料を一切使わず茶畑周辺の植物や色々な昆虫との共生共栄な自然生態圏である。虫に噛まれた茶ノ木の葉が自然酸化発酵し、摘み取られ、紅茶の茶葉になるため、茶湯には甘い蜜の香りと金萱茶独特なミルクのような香り、爽やかで上質な香りが楽しめる。

 We make our Taiwanese Black Tea useing the technique of making oolong tea, this helps creating the aromatic taste of the tea and keeps the taste fresh even when you steep it for too long. Comparing to other black teas, our Taiwanese Balck Tea contains a faint smell of malt, and  adequate taste.

Taiwan's black tea series belong to Nantou Zhushan and Alishan.
